Baza Telegram channel has reported that the family of the former vice-president of Gazprombank Vladislav Avaev was found murdered in Moscow. According to the preliminary version of the investigators, 51-year-old Vladislav shot his 47-year-old wife Elena and 13-year-old daughter Maria with a pistol, and then committed suicide.

The police made this conclusion, according to the publication, because the weapon was in the hands of the Mr. Avaev. The investigators with such quick speed believe that the motives of this shooting are domestic. The door was locked from the inside, and no traces of others being in the house during the shooting were found.

The GSU TFR classified the incident under Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code - the murder of two or more persons; its causes are still unknown.

The bodies were found in an apartment on Universitetsky Prospekt - they were discovered by a relative who could not get through to the Avaevs’ for several days.

Vladislav Avaev earlier worked in the Presidential Administration and in the State Duma.

He was a member of the board of trustees of the Central Sports Club of the financial and economic bodies of Russia and also engaged in private business. He was the general director of the RTK company, which is engaged in scientific research and development in the field of natural and technical sciences, as well as the founder of the construction company LLC CARBONICS.
