This isn’t their usual propaganda, with Russia’s Defence Ministry warnings in recent weeks being more detailed. This is extremely troubling because we saw this pattern in Syria when Russia’s Defence Ministry would issue warnings of an impending chemical attack and an attack would occur by Putin and Assad forces.
