Ukraine's intelligence: Putin plans to carry out forced mobilization in the occupied territories of Zaporizhia and Kherson regions

The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine issued a dire warning. According to their intelligence, Putin is planning to mobilize Ukrainians in territory under Russian control to forcibly be sent to the front lines. It is horrific but predictable that Russia wants to force Ukrainians to kill Ukrainians. Russia’s war crimes are piling up and finally, there is an understanding by some Western leaders that Russia is carrying out genocide. This adds to the case that sadistic Putin wants to get pleasure out of attempting to force Ukrainians to kill each other. The following was the latest warning that was issued:

▪Pseudo-referendums in the occupied territories of Zaporizhia and Kherson oblasts are aimed at declaring forced "mobilization". After its holding, the FSB of the Russian Federation plans to throw "mobilized" Ukrainians to the hottest parts of the front to storm the positions of the Armed Forces under the control of barricading detachments. In fact, this is an attempt to destroy Ukraine at the hands of Ukrainians themselves.

▪As previously reported, personal data of residents of the temporarily occupied territories are collected in advance for "referendums", allegedly to receive "humanitarian aid" or social benefits. On election day, FSB officers will fill out ballots using the information obtained without the consent and physical presence of the Ukrainians themselves.

▪This special operation pursues the following goals:

- the destruction of members of Ukrainian ethnic group;

- Carrying out propaganda activities to impose on the population of Russia and the world the myth that "the population of the regions liberated from the Nazis began to fight against nationalist battalions."

Also, Ukrainian intelligence warned that the Russian occupation “administration” was prepared to hold "pseudo-referendums" in occupied areas of Kherson and Mykolayiv regions to declare them so-called "people's republics" and annex them to Russia.

"In the Kherson region, ballots, forms, brochures, posters, and booklets have been printed for a ‘referendum’ on the creation of another pseudo-republic, the ‘Kherson People's Republic’, and recognition of the occupying power."

"Local residents are convinced that there will be no real voting, except for demonstration polling stations organized as an ‘image’ for the Russian media."

The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence reported that Russian war criminals printed a share of the forms and ballots in the printing house at 5a Horkyi Street, Kherson.

The war criminals collected local residents’ passport data using the questionnaires filled out during the "humanitarian aid" distribution. This data is being used to fictitiously fill out forms and ballot papers. The war criminals demanded that people who wanted to take rations fill out questionnaires with their personal data.

“Russia is setting up a so-called "referendum" on accession to Crimea, and the "elections" of the pro-Russian mayor, in the seized Snihurivka in Mykolaiv region. This event is organized by the pro-Russian head of the local council, Tetiana Mezina, and the former head of the local council, Oleksandr Larchenko.”

Russia is also conducting a census among people of retirement age in captured Snihurivka, Zaporizhzhia region. The occupation administration promises to establish a Russian administration by September 1, open a branch of the Russian Postal service, and launch cell and Internet services through Russian providers.

Ukrainian intelligence agents have information that Russian passports, including foreign ones, have been issued and distributed among local residents.

Meanwhile, in the city of Henichesk, captured by Russian troops in the Kherson region, Russia’s war criminals erected a monument of Lenin. The free world must do everything to save Ukraine and stop these atrocities. Please!
