Terrilyn, I have been preparing for that since last summer, and I live in Germany. They are saying in a few years. My daughter is a dual US/German citizen living and going to University in Germany and I worry that she will be drafted here. We also have a war plan started. Like who we are going to stay with if not in our homes when we both live in cities likely to be attacked. Already have 3 relatives who say we can stay with them. Two are on farms, which are less likely to be bombed. The EU says we should have 72 hours of emergency preparations. I am looking over the different lists, and getting that together too. However, we don't have a car in Germany. So, we will be taking the train, and taking what we can on a train.

And as his two months in office has already shown, he won’t stop at just a legal opinion.
Expect an executive order that same day or the next, officially declaring the Insurrection Act, restricting freedoms in the name of restoring control of the border and in blue-state cities, and setting the larger plan in motion.
Of course, this won’t be framed as an attack on democracy. It will be packaged as a necessary response to crisis — as authoritarian takeovers always are.
